Refurbished:
All of our refurbished items are manufacturer refurbished. That indicates that the unit was sent to the manufacturer (Sony, Logitech, Microsoft, etc.) to inspect, test and certify the unit for sale. The items that are manufacturer refurbished are free of scratches, dents, or usage. These items look and perform as good as new. All of our refurbished items come with a warranty.

OEM Packaging:
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) packaging indicates that the unit does not come in a retail box. These units are brand new and offer the same accessories and warranty that a new item in a retail box would come with.

Used:
ColoTronics does not sell used items.
